Did you know that 70-80% of your body is water? Did you also know that our society is CHRONICALLY dehydrated? The good news is that there are some easy things to do to fix this. I have laid out a 2 step plan to help you combat this problem in your own life. 2 steps, that’s it.
- Drink 1/2 of your weight, in pounds, in ounces of water every day. So, if you weigh 200 lbs. you should be drinking 100 oz of water a day. It’s simple math.
- Eat more raw or lightly cooked vegetables and fruits. These contain what we call life water. Water that naturally lives inside of fruits and vegetables. These will give you vitamins and minerals that your body needs to thrive and help you with some of that water intake. If you intake 2/3 or more of your diet in fruits and vegetables you will be healthier.
Healthier means happier, happier means better relationships, better relationships creates more fulfillment in life. Only you can determine what fulfillment means to you and how you want to live your life. But I promise you, if you are chronically dehydrate, you aren’t living as much of your life as you could be.
